Farmers- Bristol West
I had insurance with Bristol West (owned by Farmers) for two months and was in an accident. I never got a call from my assigned adjuster. I was continually calling them to find out what was going on. They paid out for the mechanical damage caused to my car but are making me jump through hoops to get the body damage fixed. I have since cancelled my policy, after I cancelled the policy Bristol West withdrew money from my account to pay for the next months insurance. This caused an overdraft charge and they will not repay it. Please if you have any sense at all do NOT sign up with Bristol West, they are the insurance company that makes you wish you had a lawyer.
