Farmers seems to have a lot of problems...
Farmers insurance is extremely lacking in customer service. I spoke with Justin Hogg regarding a recent claim. He was extremely rude and refused to listen to what I had to say. I ended up being connected to his supervisor, Katie, and she was just as bad, if not worse. She raised her voice while talking to me (probably because I was making sense and it irritated her) and was overall difficult to talk to and unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend Farmers insurance to anyone unless I disliked them.
