Farmer's rates are completely out of line. Every six months our insurance went up (no accidents and violations). When I complained, the offered me a cheaper rate, but it was too late by then. Just goes to show, they can cut their rates when they want to. Glad to be done with them. I now have better coverage and a cheaper rate.
