Please dont take this insurance just because its cheap!!

Yeah its cheaper for sure but they compromise on the quality of service that they provide to their customers....and yes they definitely do treat you like a criminal if you file a claim with them.....
I have had a very recent experience that I would like to share....I was involved in an accident which was very controversial and I believe it was a 50/50 fault....ok so now my case is with the advisor who decided in favor of the other party because he lied to them about the entire situation....I was so frustrated because they never contacted me back with their decision...I must have followed up with them for like a 100 times....and then when i disputed the decision...my advisor asked me to send a detailed explanation explaining the situation...which I did and send it back to them...but again....no reply from them for another couple of weeks...I left my advisor a vm and asked her to call back but never got her response....and then one fine day i called her and she answered the phone....again guess what....she told me that they would still like to take care of the other party's insurance because they felt that it was my fault completely.....i asked her to put her supervisor on line and this was the best thing i must have ever dealt with....

Mr. supervisor was cool about the entire episode...he accused me of lying and giving false statements and he also told me that I am trying to cover up my sh%^.....he was so rude to me as he was representing the other party...(guess what the other party was also Farmers so i think what they were thinking was since farmers have to pay for either party's damages anyways.....lets not spend muc of our time on this case and stick to the decision).............I was on the phone with him for almost an hour and was trying to explain the situation but he was firm and adamant that it was my fault and I shuld live with it.....it was so frustrating to hear that especially when the other person was lying completely about this situation and I was falsely accused of lying and gettin the blam for everything.....

You know what...I dont care now because I am gonna switch to some other insurance company asap and would never turn back for farmers no more......

Hope this review helps to my fellow friends who are trying to seek insurance for their car....please be very cautious in your decision making....
