I have had a horrible experience with farmers and I would like to share with you all so that whoever reading this review before trying to buy a car insurance should really think twice about this company..
They give you very good premium rates and the agent worked with me very well there...but the claims department is pathetic....
I had an accident...its a long story short....involving 2 parties including myself and both were from farmers.....It was a 50-50% fault but the other party lied about his statement and farmers really really treated me like a CRIMINAL....The supervisor was absolutely harsh....he spoke to me in a very rough tone...his name is Grant Vrooman from Oklhamoa City and his contact details is 18004357764 ext 22880....(I m giving u the details so that i can talk to him and see for yourself how he is).......
Ok so this guy was my insurance party right.....but he spoke to me as if he was from the opponent party and was so adamant trying to make me believe that it was 100% my fault....It was absolutely very annoying.....and frustrating to talk to him...they really treat u like dirt when it comes to claims...
I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND FARMERS INSURANCE TO ANYONE unless except u like trouble in your way and can live with it
