My agent has got to be the worst in the business. I don't like to recommend Farmers to anyone that needs auto or home insurance. I called him and complain that why this year policy, 6 years with them, states that several things have been excluded from the coverage. For example, if a tree falls on the house, I am responsible to remove the tree before they even talk to me. If the tree falls on the open area of the property, I have to pay to remove it. For my car insurance, they excluded many of coverage I use to have. I don't like to complain about these, but this is very ridicules that an insurance company has to cut coverage from even a person like me that never was late paying them, never had a claim and here by cutting corners and without notice the company wants to break you financially in a case of natural disaster.
