Farmers Auto Insurance

My agent has got to be the worst in the business. I don't like to recommend Farmers to ‎anyone that needs auto or home insurance. I called him and complain that why this year ‎policy, 6 years with them, states that several things have been excluded from the ‎coverage. For example, if a tree falls on the house, I am responsible to remove the tree ‎before they even talk to me. If the tree falls on the open area of the property, I have to ‎pay to remove it. For my car insurance, they excluded many of coverage I use to have. I ‎don't like to complain about these, but this is very ridicules that an insurance company ‎has to cut coverage from even a person like me that never was late paying them, never ‎had a claim and here by cutting corners and without notice the company wants to break ‎you financially in a case of natural disaster.‎
