someone at this company needs jail time

I was rear-ended by a farmers customer . Now , I was at a RED LIGHT ina turning lane . Can you say gross negligence . The lady that hit me stated to the officer that " i wasn't paying attention and slammed right into him" exact qoute . I was off work 3 days taking vacidin and flexiril . Farmers Refuses to pay . The lady LAURA STEVENER , said she reveiwed my claim and saw no basais for me being off work . I told her i was taking meds and she said i could have worked . 16 monthes and still no setttlement . People please start taking these people to court . I am . Ther should be jail time for people like this
