I told them to drop me and they did but not before charging my card twice in one month (total of $645) Now they are telling me i owe them money! I switched to progressive,farmers can screw themselves. Worst insurance company of all time! I got tired of the rates changing without my consent. My insurance was going up each year i never got a ticket or accident with them yet they treated me like i was a bank and had cash flowing through my ears. Every time i would try to contact my agent.He would miraculously disappear. Horrible service and horrible insurance.PERIOD.
