Got hit by Farmers Insured while the driver was having a seizure. Melissa Jannsen, the claims rep, says they have to investigate to see if driver had pre-existing condition. Told other victim that it could be an "act of God" and they would not pay. Interesting that the claims rep can write State Law. Hillarious incompetent white collar criminals. They are also being sued by a relative in another state for injuries they refuse to pay for. A neighbor had to sue them on a homeowners liability issue for injuries.
