Had two claims - I recommend them!
Switched to Esurance a couple years ago and saved a lot of money. I was rear-ended, and esurance worked to make sure I was 100% reimbursed - even my deductable was paid by the other driver. While my car was in the shop, the rental car had a problem, and again I had no issues with coverage. I did have the pay the deductable that time.
I recommend Esurance. The website is very clear, and you can easily choose a coverage level and see the cost. And when I had claims, they were effectively filled with no complaints from me.
I will add that I'm switching again, to save money and get both home and car insurance from the same company.
