Beware
They are a rip off. Seriously beware of these people. They will NOT call you back and refuse to admit they are wrong. They will not HELP you out AT ALL. I had a policy with them for 6 months on auto insurance. My policy ended on September 2, 2008. (Today) I found a cheaper insurance (Liberty Mutual) and called esurance on AUGUST 1, 2008 to cancel my policy effective August 27th. They recorded me asking for my insurance to be cancelled and everything. The problem is that on August 23, 2008 they took 679.00 out of my checking account. When I called them and told them that I had cancelled my insurance, they said they had no record of it. I told them that I had been recorded by a represenative stating I wanted the insurance dropped on August 27th. Of course they have no record of it. I sent them my cell phone bills with the date time and number of minutes that I talked to them as well as their number that showed up on my bill. They can't explain this at all. They must have technical problems that they have NEVER had before. Yet in all, they haven't refunded my money. It seems you must wait 10 days to get your money back. I am not sure they are going to refund my money. I am getting an attorney to sue them anyway for an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account among other things.
