I cannot say enough good stuff about these people. They are so willing to work with you no matter your situation.
I have seen lower advertised prices (but not by much, like by $25/mo), but I am convinced there is NO better insurance company. They are definitely worth the paltry extra.

I tried switching to another company to get a lower rate (like I said above), but when I switched, the other company wanted another $400/yr. Forget that!
So I called Esurance back. The conversation took less than 10 minutes, and I was reinstated at my previous rate, with all information still intact. Even my website login + password was the same. No hassles, no BS. It was completely painless.
And the customer service people are ALL super friendly!! Simply outstanding service. Best in the industry.

Someone backed into my car in a parking lot and totally screwed up the back. I called Esurance to file a claim, and an adjuster came out THAT SAME DAY to check out the car. Unbelievable!!
She was extremely nice, smart, and a real pleasure to work with. $8000 of damage to my car and my premiums did not raise at all (but that was because it was not my fault!).
My point is that they were absolutely awesome, and I have been with Geico, Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, Kinecta...they ALL pale in comparison. Get Esurance and you will be very, very happy you did.
