Is this what Customer Service is about?
I was involved in a hit/run case-- a car hit mine while it was parked. At first esurance was very responsive.. I failed my claim online within 5 hours the called and talked to me about it. Then came the long silence.. I communicated with them with email, but they never responded back--not once, not by phone, fax, email.. NADA. I called a couple of times to my claims rep and never heard from her back. All in all the problem was taken care by the other person's insurance.. Mercury. They talked to me and called me constantly to see how i was doing/my car was doing as it was being fixed in the shop.. to this day a whole 2 months after the accident I haven't heard from esurance... IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT? LETTING THE OTHER PERSON'S INSURANCE TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER--WTF-- I have since changed over to Mercury!
