Horrible and vague claims and customer service

First of all, they aren't clear at all at what you need to do when a claim is filed. Second of all, they haven't sent important legal docs after 5 e-mails and when I asked for possible refund and cancellation, they asked me to file a claim which I already did! They quickly paid the other person's damages, but for the actual customer, they did nothing but send a automatic response which they aren't paying for and after I had determined my car is too expensive to repair, I scrapped and now they are asking for a claims rep to determine loss after I contacted them for weeks. (Accident little over a month ago) So do yourself a FAVOR! STAY AWAY from Esurance! They're expensive, coverage is almost nonexistent, customer service loves to piss you off, and you'll have to send a dozen messages to get one document sent.
