Instead of complaining on how you didnt get your information updated through a customer service rep .. heres a Hint!! LOG ONTO YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT AND CHANGE IT YOURSELF .. its that easy.. ANOTHER, IF YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR EMAILS, LOG ONTO YOUR ACCOUNT, IT TELLS YOU YOUR NEXT PAYMENT HOW MUCH IS DUE and YOU CAN UPDATE ANYTHING ON YOUR ACCOUNT.. SO STOP BEING LAZY AND LOG ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU WONT HAVE PROBLEMS THEM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. Esurance is a wonderful company, I LOVE THE FACT THEY ARE A ONLINE COMPANY.. HINT HINT.. ONLINE COMPANY
