I think I have figured the scam. They sell the insurance at a low price. Then they send you a letter requesting more information with the rates to adjusted after receiving the information. If the information is not received in 30 days, they adjust your rate. Now here is the kicker. The letter requesting the information is received via mail, the date of needed information is already past due. Next the e-mail comes with the notice that the rate has changed and they will be deducting the new amount from your checking account. Then another letter is sent by e-mail stating that they need more information, blah, blah, blah. So I called. Well of course this is Thanksgiving and there is a minium staff. So 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year does not mean much.
My driving record is spotless, I have had insurance covreage for 34 years continuous. They are just lurking in the shadows waiting for another victim..Good luck All
