This company steals from you. They refuse to change email addresses which would allow you to get your policy info from them. They lied about changing my email. Therefore I didn't receive notices such as a need to file paper work to avoid subsequent charges resulting in overddraft charges. Additionally they intentionally allowed the cancellation date to run passed the end of the policy resulting in further charges, again not receiving notices, so they sent it to collections. Save yourself some trouble. Don't take the lowest bidder. They will screw you in the end. You would think they would realize that when I never responded to their emails they should attempt to contact me in another manner. Perhaps the phone?????
