Unlike most of the reviewers... we've been with Esurance for four years... not just one. We LOVED Esurance. We never had a problem and only one accident during that time which was not our fault. Our rates were not raised or anything... until two months ago when our rate went from $94 to $145. We were baffled.. called.. and was told they had to raise their rates to cover their growth and advertising. So.. we're paying for their success at the moment and will be switching to another company as soon as the plan is up.
