esurance is the worst insurance company, period. expect expensive hidden fees, impossible policies, and refusal on their end to correct their mistakes and overcharges. i was a customer for 4 years without an accident ever. found they overcharged me, to which they admitted, yet they refused to correct their repeated mistakes.
truly the worst consumer experience i have ever had; i strongly discourage anyone from using them.
