Esurance is a great company! The only complaints I have herd come from irresponsible people who do not check their emails or they ignore them. This is an online company so of course they communicate by email. (no differant than any other online company) Also, the information they ask you to submit is the same information all insurance companies ask for. They even attempt to verify everything electronically before they ask you for it! How easy is that??
