I have had Esurance for about a year now and so far so good! They price is the best by far and they provide great coverage options. My rate has gone down since I began coverage and I appreciate the fact that they send me notices via e-mail a week before they automatically withdraw my payments.
Also, I just had an accident and Esurance has provided the best service. They have taken care of me and all of my needs from having a rental car ready and waiting to answering all and any questions that I have had and ensuring that we are satisfied. They have communicated greatly with the mechanic, the rental car company, and myself through this whole process. The only issue that I have had is it takes a little while to get a call back from the claims department. However I am very satisfied with how smoothly everthing has gone.
