I'he been with Esurance for over a year and a half and trust me do not waist your money! I had someone hit me from behind in traffic on a highway. The accident occurred over 3 1/2 months ago and I'm still fighting to get my bumper replaced and to cover the medical bills. They denied my claims saying I didn't file proper paper work, this is after I talked with the claims adjuster who said she received my paper work via fax and said I was good to go. They never return your calls or emails and they haven't helped me with my bumper getting fixed. I wasn't at fault the other person in the accident was sited. They haven't helped me at all and basically told that I had to do it on my own. What do you pay an insurance company for!
