I have had a policy with esurance for about a year with no problems until I recieved an e-mail stating my rates would go up because they were going to add drivers to my policy. The drivers were my kids who had moved out of my house years ago and my ex-husband. I e-mailed them back that these people did not live with me, but they were still added to my policy and I was debited $1036.00 when I usually paid $148.00 per month. I have had to send exclusion forms for everyone and still they will not credit my account. I am currently working with my bank to dispute the charge but I have been on the phone with esurance so many times and literally lied to so many times that I doubt this will ever be resolved. I don't complain about companies and I pay my bills on time. This company with the exception of a couple of people, have lied about the forms I had to fax back and have lied, in writing, about my premium not going up. I am considering going to a lawyer with this.
