ok i have been with them for about a year now and i was hit by another car. (in no way i am at fault.) my car is totaled and they lowballed me on actual cash value by at least $2,000. i would have to hire my own adjuster, lawyer and half on a umpire in needed. of including all the time i would spend going this extra step i would be losing money. this just a company that will screw you every chance it can. go to another insurance company i made the mistake but you can learn from it.
