Had great personal service from a knowledgeable, skilled agent who also sold me renters and life insurance at my request.
BUT this same agent made a huge mistake when I changed banks. Eris kept trying to withdraw my payments from my former bank, without my knowledge. I ended up with several hundred dollars in overdraft charges. When I contacted my agent, he declined any responsibility, trying to say I misunderstood. He kept telling me what Erie would NOT do He did offer to pay half the charges from his own pocket. If this is the kind of support one gets, I don't need it. I'm looking for another company.
