Worst Experience

My recent claim experience was the worst I have ever had with any insurance company. Mostly it came down to attitude of the local office, but it seemed that the treatment we received was sanctioned by upper management. It was really sad too because I had been a long time customer of Erie (no more!) and to find out that a person is only treated well when there are no claims... well it is disconcerting. It seems as long as the money is flowing to the company (premium payments) and no claims are made you'll do well with this company.
