Watch out if you ever have to cancel
I was charged for a missing payment without notice and sent to collections after only 20 days. The only notice I received was for $1 and the actual amount was $123 which they can't adequately explain. Something about fees, cancellation penalties and the equity account. I was with the company for 8 years and never missed a payment or made a claim. Now a collection agency is harassing me for a charge I didn't know I owed. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that has a higher rating and is better known. I changed companys and received a better rate and much better service.
