Their service is great when you get your quote. Just don't get in an accident. They have loop holes and refuse to cover my car that was involved in an accident. Stating I never asked for comp/collision. After the fact they added it and sent me the bill. I let the policy cancel and now I have a collection agency after me trying to get $800.00. They added the comp/collision after my accident. I never requested this or signed anything. It has been nothing but a headache and now I have to pay for the $5000.00 damage to fix the car because they say I didn't have the "right"coverage.
