I've had Amica for 35 years....yep, lots of changes. After reading various reviews around the net on many companies, it seems that customer service is down the tubes with all. They're great with the paperwork and the little things, I've got no experience with their loss payouts.
As an almost old timer, it seems that real old time customer service is gone in America in all areas.
Amica seems a bit pricey, but rates have only been going up modestly these past few years. It appears that others might save me some money the first 6 months, but wonder what things are like after that?
