I am very disappointed with Amica Auto Insurance. My family has had Amica since it first started and they have progressed from an expensive insurance with great service to an expensive insurance with limited service. We have all insurance with them (automobile, life, and homeowners). They really have changed over the years and I believe it is time for me to change too.
