Bad Faith & Ruthless!

Amica is by far the worst company I've ever encountered! I've owned a national business for 22 years and had dealngs with hundreds of companies. However, I've never encountered such ruthless people: Amica is so ruthless that their attorney left us an intimidating message on 9-11! And we are the customer! My wife was injured by an underinsured driver 17 months ago, and Amica has paid nothing for her lost wages/ income. It's been devastating to my business. Meanwhile, Amica has harassed my wife for months about her giving an elaborate, time-consuming, taped oral statement. And they do this even though they know she has migraine headaches and multiple injuries.
I've written to the CEO of Amica about our problems with Amica, and our problems actually worsened. Astonishingly, we have no Amica representative right now, just their attorney! Finally, I had no choice but to report Amica to the Texas Department of Insurance and other proper authorities.
