I'm online here to shop around for auto insurance since AMICA is sort of high in price. WOW after reading so many angry and bitter reviews with other insurance companies, I'm wondering if I might want to just stay with AMICA. I've filed three claims with them over the past five years. Every time I've had a claim or a simple question I've had outstanding response and customer service. I was listened to and everything was taken care of promptly. Phone calls and emails handled F A S T fast! Maybe with insurance you really do get what you pay for? Also too I know that people will leave reviews online here out of bitter hurt feelings and all those happy customers out there aren't so motivated to say a good word. After shopping around I'm leaning toward State Farm since I know some people who rave about their service and reliablility and I've gotten quotes that are lower than AMICA. We'll see! Best of luck.
