Unfair and liars
After tropical storm Irene, I filed a claim from water damage to my home, being a customer for several years I simply asked that if I were to file this claim will Amica drop my coverage, the adjuster stated that they wouldnt, after the claim was filed I received a termination notice of my coverage citing "pealing paint" unsafe decking, its winter time and these issues were in direct result to the torrential rain and water satuaration. I can't believe how an insurance company can make false statements to its customers especially after a disaster such as IRENE.... many years without filing a claim, one claim in those several years and the insurance company cites issues to the home that they wouldnt cover knowing full well what we went through in the northeast, SHAME ON THEM!
