Bad customer service. Screwed up my claim.
My car was hit while parked in a shopping center the day before I was to move out of state. Called Amica and they said I should bring a police report to their local office. I told them that I was to move out of state the next day and they said that was no problem, just call the police department to file a report after I move. That set my mind at ease. A few days later, I called the police department to file a claim but they said that I have to be there in person. Called Amica and they said they never said that and if I don't have a police report then I can't file a claim. It was minor dent in the rear bumper and it wasn't a big deal but I didn't appreciate the customer service agent that completely lied to my face. I went with Amica because they had the best rating from JDPower. From that experience, I can't trust JDPower ratings anymore.
