I was with Amica for over 25 years but recently changed to another automobile insurance company. In the last few years their customer service has been terrible. As examples, failure to guide you on what coverage makes sense, slow to respond to questions, and slow to take actions on claims. They are NOT the insurance company that existed 5 years ago. Maybe it's just the New York State offices. For all the years I insured with them, I feel they let me down!
