My mother's agent was horrible. He never updated info when she asked him to so the bills went to the wrong address all the time resulting in late fees. When he was out of the office he had people who didnt know anything about car insurance answer the phone just to tell you he wasnt there. He has hung up on my sister who called to find out what the deal was TWICE! He said if she wasnt happy she needs to go somewhere else and swore on numerous occasions. There is also NO corporate number nor is there a claims number to call listed anywhere on the bill or declarations. I've called other agents about switching over so my mother can stay with the company but they're not as friendly either. I give this company a 00! I am furious at this company and the incompetence in their "REPRESENTATIVES". I hope they soon see this and re-evaluate their agents. PATHETIC SERVICE.

The claims adjuster I dealt with was a moron... Kerry Holloway in Redmond Oregon is the BEST AMFAM Agent I love my agent. Claims were awful. Every time I Its not always about the cheapest prices is how I have had a terrible experience with American
