I love my agent. Claims were awful. Every time I would talk to my claims adjuster, she would speak as though she had never heard of the claim. Did nothing to find me not at fault, never updated me on the claim. When work was about to be done, they tried to take the cheap way out and paint over my bumper, when it needed to be replaced. I contacted the guy who inspected by vehicle, told me that they would fix every thing so the bumper would look like new, but then called the body shop, and he told them a different story. I will be switching insurance. Its too bad that they have good agents and awful claims.
