I have had American Family Insurance for 4 years. My car was totaled out in a collision with a cow. They are refusing to offer me full market value and the adjuster has made needless phone calls to harass me . I asked them to switch to another adjuster and they have refused. There customer service is atrocious. I will be switching insurance companies as soon as possible.
