I have had a terrible experience with American Family Insurance. I have been trying to get three different policies cancelled for about six months. They have turned me over to a collections service for unpaid premiums even though they agree the policies were cancelled at the end of the then current premium period. They claim that the "contract" I signed says in the "fine print" that I have to pay any premiums due until the end of the policy period whether I keep the insurance or not.
