Have had American Family for many years, wish I could give better review , but have had terrible service when a recent accident (car hit when parked on side of road) occured. Totaled car, clearly not my fault (not even home at time of accident)but adjuster thought it was fair to offer $1600.00 less than value of car. Still going back and forth with adjuster but know I will lose in the end. Looking for suggestions of new car insurance company to work with in future thanks
