Too many problems to fit in this space
Hmmmm. Well, it took months just to get the names on the account right (only 2 names on the account). I have been a great customer with only 1 claim. It was a animal collision resulting in under $1,000 in damage. Amazingly, there was not an issue with this. This is great for a customer that's been around 7 years without interuption. I have only moved once in this time frame. I reported it with the next bill and several months later, they changed it in their system. I recently ran into hard times in October and paid a measley 2 weeks late. They mailed me a letter stating that my account had been closed and then I received a letter from my loan agency that they was going to start charging me for their insurance because American Family reported that my car was no longer covered. After receiving these letters I called and asked what was going on. They made me pay the follwing months bill in order to restart my coverage. Typically, it wouldn't have been due for about another 1 1/2 weeks. BUT, even though my coverage began within 24hrs after discovering cancellation, they NEVER got it staightened out with my loan agency. I have been paying both places since October, it is now DECEMBER!!!!
