Excellent Service
We have had an excellent experience with American Family Insurance. We have had 2 claims with this insurance company that were both extremely easy to file and the customer service was superb. One related to hail damage to our roof. Within one week of our request, an insurance adjuster came out and examined our roof and recommended a complete replacement (which was completed within the next 2 weeks). Reimbursement was easy and a representative followed up with us through every step of the process. We had the same experience with a claim on my car relating to a bad weather accident. American Family may be slightly higher than the online companies, but they are worth every penny!
