STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY!
The following is my humble opinion:
Your in BAD hands with ALLSTATE! I was for 20 years!
Way too many bad stories to type on here. A few accidents, two times my car was parked and the other motorist had Allstate as I did. Well they treated me like crap and try to low ball estimates. another accident again both drivers Allstate,they found 50/50 at fault when the other driver was on the wrong side of the road. Then to drive in claims wanted paid for used parts. Roof leak claim they refused to pay and said i notified them to late. Recently a week after I paid my auto insurance in full they send me a letter their not renewing my Homeowners because of hurricane risk. Again been with them Allstate/Broker for 20 YEARS! So I call the broker and he said he can get me with Tristate company which is on NY's worst company list. Then I shop for Auto and get about $1400 cheaper from Geico so i call my Allstate broker and he said well we can get you the same rate in Allstate Casualty(another part of Allstate). So this Broker knows this and been ripping me off all these years. I ask why he didn't tell me this sooner he claims they can't solicit this. I will be out of Allstate soon but not soon enough. What a disgrace.What a disgrace. Many more stories to tell. MY HUMBLE OPINION STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALLSTATE!
