On Dec. 6, 2005, My vehicle was totaled by an Allstate insured. I am still waiting for a fair offer from Allstate. I have a feeling I'm not going to get it. I have had a vehicle (rental) for 5 days, yes I said, 5 days only since the wreck. Mind you it's now Jan. 30, 2006. WHat no vehicle yet?? Thats correct. Still waiting. No money and a low ball offer. THey think we are idiots and will just take what they offer because we need to replace the vehicle. THey don't realize they are only making their name ALLSTATE look like a curse word in the general public. If your are one of their customers then you get your vehicle replaced or repaired in record time. IF you are the innocent bystander you might as well get in contact with your areas Insurance Commissioner and file a complaint, cause these people are taught how to screw you and love it. We did our research and found that the vehicle that was totaled by the company is worth more than they have even tried to offer. But they tell us they can't give us the ACV of said vehicle because of damage done to it during the wreck and after when they (the company )picked up the vehicle. So you tell me, do those hands look so safe to you? What is our next step? INSURANCE COMMISSIONER!!!
