You're in good hands until.......
Am a 20+ year Allstate customer. Just had my 2nd MINOR accident on my own icy driveway. Won't send an adjuster unless I park my vehicle 1-4 days in one place. Pretty tough when you work 2 jobs. I finally consented to drive 40 miles to their drive-through center to expidite things, oh I can only have a tuesday or thursday appointment. (Weds. is my day off) Well then I'll have to drive an additional 20 miles to another center that takes wednesday appointments.
Every person you talk to tells you something different, no one truly wants to help you, I will be switching companies after this nightmare.
Oh, and no claims in 8 years....asked about their commercial for accident forgiveness and $100 off your deductable? Oh, that's a seperate rider you have to BUY as part of your policy....of course it is.
Yep I'm in good hands allright.
