claim department is very unfair.

I was with Allstate for many years until I got into an accident which wan not even my fault. When I went to claim department, the adjuster gave me a check and told me that the check was for a repair with a non Honda part. If I want a Honda part, I have to bring the car in for a repair and claim the rest. This made me mad because he should pay me for a price of a Honda part no matter if I would bring the car in for repair or not because I entitled for the money. I pay my insurance in full after all.I wish I could tell Allstate that I would pay half of the premium first, and if I get an accident, I'll pay another half!
I will never go back to Allstate. Ten years + that I was with them was a mistake. When I called and cancelled my policy, they were so rude and so mean. I'm glad I left.
