I was rear ended by an allstate customer on sept 4 in a parking lot. I immediately called my insurance and submit the claim. It took AllState 35 days to accept liability and my car is still not fixed yet. The adjuster never returns my call, tried the supervisor, got the same "no returning call" policy. It's a nightmare dealing with them.
