I was a customer for 15+ years.Watch out for the claims dept.,very unfair and unwilling to compromise in a fair settlement(example: deducted for paint chips??,windshield chips??,seats & carpet not clean too thier standards,paint blemishes?? all for $1000.00.The accident was not my fault(allstate wouldn't waied the deductable).GET A LAWYER BEFORE YOU RELEASE YOUR CAR TO THEM !!!!. P.S. I ALLWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE CLAIMS DEPT.
