I had ALLSTATE for about 8 years in total, had accidents, my spouse had a car stolen. All claims at all times were handled promptly and our rates were kept acceptable. Opposite to GEICO that failed me in a disasterous way (all their savings dissapear in the time of an accident even through no fault of the client) ALLSTATE is a real insuranceI have experienced great customer service and integrity. I would recommend it to anyone.
