Propably the worst Insurance company and customer service
I was with Allstate up until a few weeks ago. In the two years I with them I had a clean driving record and no accidents. Every time my policy would come up for renewal the policy price seem to never go down. I was curious so I called my local agent. I have to say working in customer service I would be horrified if I talked to my customers like this agent talked to me. He was so rude and even hung up on me while I was in the middle of speaking to him. They claim to be big on customer service and saving people. They are not. They are fake. Please if you are shopping around pass Allstate by. You are not in good hands with them.
